I will give you Cult Members credit, you stick by your false mantra in the face of unopposed facts.

Spot on. The GROUNDSKEEPING is great. The buildings themselves, not so much. As is typical with many land grant institutions that have strings attached to the money, a lot of buildings look like they were stamped out by the green desk architects in the FSGLB (Federal Department of Government Looking Buildings) circa 1968.
This isn't a knock on Auburn per se. There are a LOT of schools that have this same blocky brick building design motif.
That is bullshite. It has nothing to do with being a land grant university. AUs master plan only allows building with red brick and grey mortar. This plan was enacted from the start. Only recently has that changed with the Lowder building and some of the new construction. AU doesn't want to look like a patchwork quilt like some Universities.

1800 school houses. And very large academic halls.
What are you guys seeing on Auburn's Campus?
We keep it as Georian as close as possible.
Red-Brick and large three-stories for heat.
Every single Hall in Auburn is large and drafty.
Walk into a single building and it is huge, with enormous stairways.
Auburn needs to update, but it makes room to improve.
Auburn could really use some elevators, but most students just use the stairs.
Marble floors are actually kind of neat to look at every day on your way to a brick-house lecture hall.

Crap y'all. Auburn requires an ID to get into all of our buildings. It didn't used to be this way.
My apologies.
You have to go to Mary Martin Hall with a visitor pass going forward.
No cars or any type of traffic until January.
Foot Traffic only.
Srew Alabama, either way!
Something about construction.
