Kirby got too anxious implementing what he learned from his last employment. He should have waited a couple years to jump into what he learned.

Sorry if I missed it but were the NCAA penalties handed down yet? Something so serious it warrants a catchy thread title usually means bad news, just wondering if I overlooked the official punishment.
