Sorry to be pissy. I can see you're not flaming. Guess I'm a little surprised at all the other threads. I thought LSU fans were more confident. No sweat Duckie. Hope you're coming to the game, and have a great time, just not too great.

I can't speak for Aggie, but as far as Texas fans are concerned, Arkansas isn't even in the top 7 of teams we even care about......

It will happen soon I think. The Central Arkansas Power Broker ($) aren’t stepping up to renovate WMS and they will pitch a fit when that happens. I think the current contract expires in a year or two.
The University of Arkansas should work behind the scenes with the SEC to have them pass a rule that all conference games are to be played on campus. Then there would be no hurt feelings with Central Arkansas against NWA. The power base has switched from Central Arkansas to NWA and they don’t like it one bit. Unfortunately for them, it’s not changing back any time soon.

Up until 1990 I would put Arkansas #3 on Texas' rival list behind OU and A&M. After that of course not because we stopped playing. Texas stayed with their rivals while we branched out to join a bunch of new teams to us.

I would say go for it, but What about UF/UGA? And I don' tthink the SEC could impede on an ongoing contract either.

I think Baylor has moved up to number three followed closely by Iowa State.

I know it would never happen but I do believe that all games will soon be moved to Fayetteville within the next few years. We lose too much money playing in LR.

I think its technically we play games thru 2015 there.
Contracts are made to be broken. There's a pretty large contingent of people who want the LSU game in Fayetteville.
Maybe after this year, seeing how tickets are completely impossible to come by, they'll plan on having it in Fayetteville in the future.
