Oh i think the way auburn fans handle this is childish, i just fail to see why it can't be done (tiger walk that is).
As it's been stated logistically it seems to be a problem, and in a litigious society it could pose issues so i assume it's just a hey don't do it, but we know you're going to congragate around the team bus anyway and cheer your team, but our arse is covered.
i just don't know why it's such a polorizing issue for fans from both sides.
But i see your point...we started the bitching so response in kind is deserved.

Im sure it will happen in someway or another. I really can't believe this thread made it this many pages. Awesome IMO, which is why I love this site.

Because there is no place to do a "walk" for a visiting team. I posted a picture earlier in the thread that shows how Razorback Stadium sits.
The police department is not going to shut down a main road so that the Auburn fans can get their Tiger Walk in. It is just not going to happen.
Now, Tiger fans may end up standing outside of a closed gate and cheering on their team, but there is not place for a "walk" at our stadium other than our own, which is at the north side of the stadium that goes through the Pit.

Don't have to do any of that, fans will be by the bus. It's a non issue.
Like everyone has stated...this is stupid and needs to be dropped. Continue if you must, but have it or not i don't think it will matter a hill of beans when toe touches leather.

Again, there are no fans allowed behind the stadium. Only media and buses. There is no parking lot, there is no field. There is a gate that is opened by police officers to let these vehicles in and then closed.
Like I said, AU fans will end up cheering for their team behind a closed gate.
The buses will pull down beneath the south end zone. The visitors locker room is beneath the chairback seating in that same south end zone.
Razorback Road runs north and south beside the stadium. This road will not be shut down.
