Arkansas biggest problems

I see packdaddy already made a topic similar to this one, but I haven't posted in awhile.
All summer I told fellow hog fans how much bigger and faster we are as a team, and I still believe that. When we lined up on the field with Bama it showed how far we are still behind them. A comparison of Ronnie Wingo and Trent Richardson and Eddie Lacy shows the difference in physicality. I believe Knile Davis is the type of back with the speed and physicality needed to get to a championship level.
Our Best guy in the secondary is Tremaine Thomas who plays with a lot of heart and is good, but still not the physically imposing kind found at LSU or Bama. It's like we will get a guy like Daunte Carr who is a redshirt frosh I believe who is now 6'2 212 but he can't see the field.
Chris Smith is a good player he is a sophomore DE #42, he started in place of bequette and had many close calls to sacking McCarron. Reportedly ran a 4.5 this spring. My thing is if smith really runs 4.5 or even a 4.6 or 4.7 at 6.2 250 he would be a linebacker at Bama. Darius Winston was a 5 star who came in with Dre Kirkpatrick and Greg Reid from FSU. Perhaps he just is not as talented as those guys(I think Kirkpatrick is tops in country)but for some reason I think if Winston was at Alabama he would be a better product on the field. I want a new D Coordinator and secondary coach, both of these postions are now occupied by Willy Robinson.

Yes, Willie Robinson has been the weakest link on the coaching staff since Petrino got here. I have no idea why we keep him, year after year.
Bama simply out-talented us yesterday. Not much you can do with that. But some decent tackling form would have helped.
We have had the worst luck in the injury department this year. In the summer, it was well known that our best returning offensive player was Knile Davis, and that our best returning defensive player was Jake Bequette. Neither played yesterday.
If we get any more injuries I hope its not the best guy in the unit. fricking awful.

Defense played better than the offense yesterday. Considering that Bama scored on defense, special teams, and a trick play, our defense outplayed our offense in the first half and played about par for the course in the second. It was obvious in the second half htat they were exhausted from our offense playing just absolutely abysmally. I have no issue with Robinson. Do we need better talent on the D? Yes we do, but that's on its way. I still feel like this year's defense is better than last year's.
