For the record, the people at Mizzou, said Damien Wilson never had a contract with the UGA group...just a term sheet, a proposal. They (UGA) did advance him 30K in good faith. Mizzou gave Wilson a separate 30K to address this advance. But no formal contract was ever signed. Rumor is Wilson will have a better case in COMO. For what exactly? I am not sure, he being sued for over 400K and the only off ramp is arbitration via the same term sheet where tort doesn't/ may/may not apply.
