i think that he agreed that Dixon was drunk driving. But that he was smart about it and knew how to get out of it.


If he wasn't drunk, why would he refuse to take a simple breathalyzer.

Not overblown as much as you're leading people to beleive. I just got off of the phone with my (very good) source on these kinds of things. He said he'd be shocked if he ever saw Tig wearing a Rebel uniform.

Did he call Houston Nutt a dork? We all know that Hootie don't like that, so if he did he might as well go somewhere else.

I'm sure he was hammered but refusing the breathalyzer is the best thing to do if you want to try to fight it in court.
