I posted this on 12/12/12.
Long played LSU like a fiddle. He let Miles and his agent leak the untrue story that Arkansas had offered Miles. LSU took the bait and gave Miles a raise and contract extension thereby shackling the Tigers with Miles for several more years.
Hell, Arkansas almost beat LSU with John L. Smith! John L. Smith! Think about that for a moment. John L. Smith! Meanwhile, Long made a great hire for less money. That’s pure genius!

I guess we're shackled with a coach who consistently produces 10+ win seasons, conference titles, and national titles. Meanwhile, the current Arkansas coach is 0-0.
