He went 80 - 48 at Stanford, do you really think the Cardinals were pissed to see him go. Trent knew his job was done at Stanford, sometimes coaches change programs to get a fresh start.

You act like we had a team full of lotto picks. The year before when the previous dumbass was coaching we did have a lotto pick named Anthony Randolph, and we had Marcus Thorton.
Guess what? We still fricking sucked. Those guys will only win you a handfull of games if you don't have coaching. Unless, you have the Fab 5 and just roll a basketball out there on the court.
What T. Johnson did in his first year was impressive, and I think your opinion is fricking dumb. Like I said, you have your "great" coach and we'll keep our "mediocre" coach. But I'm willing to bet in 3 years our coach will be kicking your coach's arse just like this past year with 1 NBA pick.

I'll just sit by and watch State, Miss, and Bama run SEC west basketball and enjoy it. FYI I just looked at LSU's recruiting class and it looks pretty mediocre for a once great prgram.

we have one of the top 2 classes in the SEC coming in next year.
Everyone knew Tennessee didn't deserve that 2 seed. LSU got hosed with the 4th seed and still made the final 4. Pearl can't get his team over the hump.

I don't think you understand, Pearl took over a team that finished last place with no talent and took them to a 2 seed. Johnson took over a team with NBA talent, and won some games. Johnson endeared himself to LSU off of Brady's recruiting much like Miles did off of Sabans recruiting.
If Johnson keeps up the same pace recruiting you can say goodbye to having any NBA talent.
