One of my best friends from high school played with him at UAB. I met him a few times and he always had a story or a good joke. He could definitely hold a rooms attention.

If any of you have a chance, read “Personal Fouls-The Broken Promises and Shattered Dreams of Big Money Basketball at Jim Valvano`s North Carolina State”. It has a few Kennedy stories in there that are pretty funny.

Earlier this year his play by play guy got mad at him. He said something like “he’s an over achiever and under appreciated much like yourself.” I still laugh about that sometimes.

Gotta love AK. The dude is just a really great guy, and that's why so many Ole Miss fans always took up for him. Fun guy, his players absolutely loved him, and he really loves the game. He's gonna make some damn good money in the booth.
