True Freshmen OLinemen generally don't start and if they do then they usually don't play like top 5 picks

I've got a feeling those extra turnovers are going to cost Bama a game or two next year.

I am just hoping that our defense will make up for the mistakes our offense may make due to bein young at the QB position. I think our line will be OK.

I hope so, he has to learn some time. I think it is better to go ahead and get the young guys in so they can gain experience. If he start and we go 9-3 then he will be ready for next year for sure.

i think DJ will be fine. i think he is big like Andre Smith and i think that he will be just as good if not better. he just needs to be in good shape. i heard though that DJ has some health problems. is that correct?

He'll have growing pains. He might not even start next year. Experience means a lot more for linemen than it does for skill players.

I agree to an extent. However, Smith was a starter from day 1 and the coach at the Alabama/MS allstar game said that Fluker is better than Smith when he played in that game.

FYI, that coach should know because he coached both of them.

...would be #72, Mr. D.J. Fluker.

Come get you sum!!

Rahim Alem eats Fluker's lunch if he lines up against him next year. It's a little different going against All-Sec ends than All-Gump high schoolers.

That's not too bad for a big guy but he will get embarrassed by DEs like Rahim Alem. D.J. really needs to work on his first step.

I think when he goes through a spring and fall, he'll be a bit quicker. Just gonna take time.

He may become a guard if he can't get some of that weight off.

I'd put him at full back, and install the piggyback play. Just hop on and avoid cut blocks.
