and Bama hasn't either. Have you stopped to think that we've face Nuss several times?
Nuss may be the OC, but it is Saban's Offense. How many times have ya played him?

Clear evidence that you don't actually stay up to watch Oregon play. They run between the tackles way more than they hit the edge.
Did I say that they didn't?

Their defensive team speed certainly helped them slow down Cam Newton like no SEC team could.
First half of the Bama game. Second half was complacency against the best college player of all time. If you think your D has anything on an SEC D....lol

I believe two times. Can't remember when Nuss arrived.

We don't run Sarkisian's offense.

Yeah, we still win. Maybe by even more points. We spent the entire time game planning for everything McCoy did.
dont care who you are......that's funny!!!

yeah, no shite. Advantage to Texas I guess when the #1 qb goes down.

Saban...

Then what does how many times you played Washington have to do with anything?
And no one is in here talking about how "Alabama's offense is different this year." You guys are in here pounding your chest about all this progress you've made and how it's different this time, when you have no idea if that's true, because every defense you've played sucks a big fat dick. That's the point.

The SEC does not bother us,
So is that why they've lost their two biggest games against the SEC?

Things are different now! Didn't you see the way they ran it up on Washington State?!?

Imagine if you prepared for over a month for a team to run the option on you, and then they come out and run an air raid. (Not what Texas did, just an example)
Do you think you'd have the same success against that Air Raid as you would against that option?

I agree with you. We have to see this line go up against a physical dline. However, Oregon is much more physical in the lines this year. That I can see.

Fair enough. I actually agree with that too. I actually like Oregon.
I was more responding to the sentiment in this thread that Oregon "doesn't care about the SEC" and "wants Bama." I guess I viewed your "more phyiscal" comments in that context. You may very wellbeat Alabama; you will not be more physical than Alabama. I'll bet the farm on that. Careful what you wish for...

An "SEC D" Who exactly is that?
Arkansas who gives up 35 pts a game?
Kentucky who gives up 30 pts a game?
Tenn who gives up 30 pts a game?
Ole miss who gives up 27 pts a game?
UGA, Auburn, Missouri, and Vandy whos in the mid 20's
Seriously you really only have 4 defenses who can really claim to be good... LSU, SC, Bama, and UF. And the reason those teams have gaudy stats is because the conference is full of offensive mediocrity.

Id say the Rose bowl loss against OSU a couple of years ago was bigger than the opener last season.

Wow...you really don't know shite, do you?
Bama, LSU, UF, and UGA. They may not just be good Ds, they're probably 5 of the top 10 Defenses in the country. Think the SEC is full of offensive mediocrity?
Lattimore
Hamilton
Johnny Football
Driskell
Gilly
Hunter
Patterson
Bray
McCarron
Yeldon
Lacy
Hilliard
Perkins
Lutz
Blake
Wallace
Stacy
Gurshall
Murray

Burton
The list goes on and on and on and on and on. I didn't even name all of the talented OL in the conference.
