I doubt it. While Bregman and Benintendi can make a compelling case to go to college, Bellinger and Seager can make a case to the contrary.

I think what Bregman and Benintendi show is that you can develop in college for 2-3 years, spend minimal time in AA and AAA, and be called up within 12-14 months of being drafted. All while signing for more than you would have coming straight out of high school.

However, you're always going to have kids passing on college because the money is right or they don't need (or want) to go.
