I knew the "woulda shoulda coulda" responses were coming. I know that shite, and I agree bout the '07 championship. Helll we lost to two mediocre SEC teams. It was a fluke. The joy of college football. But if you damn gumps would read the thread title, it says ALABAMA WILL REPEAT... I know you have a frickin chance.. Just like every other BCS team in the country.

Didn't y'all barely beat us in 07? You wanna talk about skin of your balls close, now that could have went either way. This past years game was close but it's pure speculation to talk about the PP interception, considering y'all only gained 9 yards in the 4th because our D made LSU players quit.
I agree with the OP that we COULD repeat but it will be hard. Alot will have to fall in place but we have the talent to do so. We have talent in the secondary but inexperience. However, I trust the best DB coach in the business to have them ready.

I understand that EVERY bcs team doesn't have a chance, but I mean bama fans are the only ones on here posting shite bout winning it all, 7 months before season starts. Hell if that's the case, we could start one too. We have the talent to match yalls and mad of couple of positions coaching changes (especially Billy G) that could produce much more on offense. But I'm a realist, so keep posting shite like this because this has replaced my routine of reading the funnies in the paper.
By the way, it's been 20 years since back to back champions. And dat was da "U". And bama is nowhere near is dominant in the college football scene as they were in that time

If anything the fact that 6 teams get bye weeks before facing us is what bothers me the most.
Bama has the stables to replace what was lost, and enhance it even more in some positions. Winning against Penn State will be necessary for motivation and confidence in my opinion.
After that it's one week at a time. Could Alabama repeat? Sure. But we won't know until the coming season starts panning out.

You may not have been one but there were plenty of LSU fans on here long before the 08 and 09 season started predicting a NC and/or SEC title. This is the off-season with very little to talk about. Some people need to chill out IMO.
