When it comes to coaching, OP has a point. Fisher and Saban are the best there, but it is about a little more than that. A&M isn't ready to seriously compete yet, but will be able to do so starting in 2020. They just doesn't have the depth and talent yet ..

Send in the clowns.....Alabama will prob win the West, but should since they don't play UGA and UF during the reg season. While LSU and Auburn do play the two best teams from the East. The 2019 Bama schedule is an embarrassment.

Purposely misleading to not list their conference records here. They were 3 games behind Bama and not even a factor. There are years that 5-3 would finish 4th in the West.

I believe they will. You have a lot of talent and you have a proven quarterback. That is generally the formula for success.
