I think I remember I-59 lives in a part of town that wasn't hit, except maybe by the straight line winds this morning that knocked power out to places here. Something like 180,000 people in Metro Birmingham are without power.

everything. just went dead. UGA just sent out a text saying the watch has been lifted. i think our little scare is done for now. i feel awful, we had like one scary hour and tuscaloosa got ravaged
