Disagree. Respectfully. Texas chili done right with all trimmings. I have perfected both to my taste with my cooking- and I am 50/50.

Dont get me wrong I love good chili but would choose a good gumbo with smoked sausage and tasso from Teets anyday.

I do a Paula Deen gumbo recipe with tweeks. Conecuh sausage, chicken and crawfish. Love it.
