I don't dispute your statement. I'll take it as true, on its face.
I'm just trying to figure out how Forbes rankings of colleges translates to a point spread. So there's, according to my meager Division II didn't even go to Kentucky math, 124 spots there. What's the ratio ? 40 to 1, or some such.
And for those of you scoring at home, a "ratio" is kind of like a fraction you can apply to things. For example; 0/1 is the "ratio" you can apply to a Yell Leader and hetero-sexuality.
