Not at all. LSU beat that arse at Kyle. Gave up a late prevent d td, but other than that blanked that arse from midway through the second q. Sumlin will learn CUSA shite don't work against sec d's.
24-19.

Can I get a list of SEC D's before we play them? I really hate moving goalposts.
Does State have an SEC D? If not, are the only SEC D's we play UF, Bama, and BRCC? 5 other SEC teams (OM, MSU, AU, Arky, Zou) don't have SEC D's? Because that makes it sound like the SEC, as a league, doesn't have very good D

No sec team has been able to score much on the aggies without the help of several turnovers.
Our d is among the top 5 in the sec.

What SEC teams have you played?
ETA: Nevermind I looked them up
So you have played four SEC teams.
You have won 3 of them, all in my last group of SEC defenses
You have lost one, to LSU, who is my second to best defense in the league.
So your 3 SEC wins have come against the worst defenses in the SEC
Saturday
09/08/12 Florida Gators
Kyle Field, College Station, TX Lost 20-17 ---
Saturday
09/15/12 at SMU Mustangs
Gerald J. Ford Stadium, Dallas, TX Won 48-3 ---
Saturday
09/22/12 South Carolina State Bulldogs
Kyle Field, College Station, TX Won 70-14 ---
Saturday
09/29/12 Arkansas Razorbacks
Kyle Field, College Station, TX Won 58-10 ---
Saturday
10/06/12 at Ole Miss Rebels
Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, Oxford, MS Won 30-27 ---
Saturday
10/13/12 at Louisiana Tech Bulldogs
Independence Stadium, Shreveport, LA Won 59-57 ---
Saturday
10/20/12 LSU Tigers
Kyle Field, College Station, TX Lost 24-19 ---
Saturday
10/27/12 at Auburn Tigers
Jordan-Hare Stadium, Auburn, AL Won 63-21 ---
aTm has allowed 176 points to be scored on them this year. 176

So when we hold State to about 24 points we can all assume your offense sucks and you're going to lose out?
Posted on 10/29/12 at 11:09 pm to MaroonNation
Minus the one hickup to La Tech we are giving up less than 20 points a game. Good for top 20 in the country.
No sec team has been able to get much going on us.
Clear enough yet?

Actually after looking some of it up I would have to put UT as the most horrible defense in the SEC. They hace allowed 271 points against them this year. Dear Jesus that is a lot

Only 5 teams on your list have a higher ranked scoring D than A&M. We are ranked higher than the team you have listed at number 5. Our secondary has major issues, the front 7 are solid. We are a middle of the pack defense.
ETA: There are also several areas where we rank higher defensively than State including run defense and sacks.

Wut? So your offense is shitty? SEC defenses prevent tds in those situations.
