Guess Stankey didn't tell the esteemed presidents what exactly they were voting for. He also has those player suits, Liz (La' AG) eluded that there could be anti trust issues for the sec....that's TRIPLE damages baby. He could single handedly bankrupt the conference. I guess we'll see how many mice follow the piped piper...

The more he goes to court, he opens up questioning the non-profit status of the SEC. He may very well destroy the conference.

I don't know about a third, but any player ruled ineligible by the NCAA is ineligible by SEC bylaw.
The SEC cited this in its filings against Kiffin, as the rule he broke by allegedly recruiting pro athletes as their new "pro rule" didn't exist at that time.
Any player playing under any type of injunction should be ineligible, by that standard. That includes players like Ethan Johnson at South Carolina because he's a 5 for 5 player, and not recognized by the NCAA. Same with Chambliss, the NCAA didn't award him a medical redshirt, and doesn't recognize his status. Same for Sean Williams and Caleb Wooden at Arkansas, they're 5 for 5 players. Ethan Sanchez at South Carolina is another.
There are a lot of them.
