Correct. Jimbo was our top choice, no question about it. However, as many seem to forget, or it just doesnt fit the narrative, LSU turned down Jimbo the last time. We werent willing to pay that contract. Many of us, even many who wanted jimbo, agreed not paying that much was the correct move. Turns out, so far so good.
