How recent?

2010-2011

CWS appearance
Softball Super Regional
Soccer NCAA 2nd Round
Men's Basketball NCAA Tournament
Women's Basketball National Champions
Football - Final Poll rank 19 (9 win season)
Mens and Womens Track and Field National Champions

8 National Championships in the last three years.

Current Directors Cup Standings:

A&M 16th (would be good for 2nd in the SEC right now)

Ole Miss 92nd

Mississippi State 103rd

Mississippi Valley State 267th

That's why California hosted last year even though Dallas Baptist was the higher seed.

They were both 3 seeds. Cal came out of the regional that had the national seed (Rice) but I'm not sure that matters.

I seriously doubt Ole Miss didn't put a bid in considering the facilities advantage they have

If they didn't get to cause they didn't put a bid in that would be incredibly stupid of them and the NCAA

No. Even if UCLA loses in their regional, Ole Miss did not apply for a host bid.

You know this how?

Highly, HIGHLY doubt this information. Ole Miss would surely not overlook this possibility...

Exactly. Ole Miss can bring in over 35,000 people for 3 games for a Super Regional. Money would be made for the NCAA...especially in an SEC venue.

In women's sports and track I'm assuming? Who gives a rats arse. Yes we're horrible in football right now but in the last 20 years y'all have accomplished about the same as we have.

I can't think of a school that has a many resources as y'all do and suck as bad as you do.

Bids go in to the NCAA in March and I know for a fact we put a bid in that was as competeive as anyone in the country

That's what I thought too. I kept thinking bids go in at the beginning of the season.

Is that supposed to impress me? You're talking down to us like we're nothing, but y'all haven't done anything impressive.

Like I said earlier, there's no excuse for that sort of mediocrity with the resources y'all have. At least we win our bowl games. 2-12? lolz. We've both been to 33 bowls all time btw.
