News here just said that Jevan had been throwing up for 2 days. Makes me feel a little better about his performance.

Memphis isn't a bad team, what's wrong with you people?

Jesus Christ people. Look, Ole Miss and Bama may very well battle for the West. But it's been ONE, ONE fricking week. And half the posters on this board are ready to bury LSU back to the 90's, give Snead the Heisman, say the LSU D is worse than last year

I don't mind some good shite talking. But some of you actually believe this shite after only one week. I said this in another post- in general, you don't know what you've got until Week 4,5, or 6. At that point at least something is a pattern. shite, at this time last year did anyone doubt LSU after starting 3-0 and the big road win at AU? At this time last year UF, that's right, UF was having trouble offensively.

Chill out. I'll be the first on the Ole Miss and Bama rule and LSU sucks bandwagon if we tank, but to assume all this after one week is terribly ignorant.

Ohio State struggled in their opener too, so you might as well say Ole Miss should be in the Top 3 in the nation.

Of all the team fans in the world to criticize, Ole Miss should know what a difference a new coach and talented QB can make. ZERO SEC Wins 2 years ago vs. a touted team now.

We would have played better against Washington. Problem was that half of the team had an active case of herpes. And we still won.

Memphis is probably better than Washington, although they have no one with Locker's talent individually.

We're only 1 week in the book, all we really know right now is Ole Miss played like shite on offense (for 3 quarters) and LSU played like shite on defense.

OM/LSU pissing contest is worthless right now, IMO.

We hardly showed up in that bowl vs USF.we were a BAD team last year. Our team speed has improved a lot since then. Ole Miss is for real. I have not seen a Memphis team with this many BCS quality athletes and the Rebs wore the Tigers down. The only potential weak spot was the OM DL. Mem had to replace 4 OL starters and the Tiger OL was at times during the game blowing the Rebs off the line but Coach Mallory is one of the best OL coaches in the biz. Memphis/Ole Miss is usually a war where we just run out of gas late and this year we completely imploded! Good luck Rebs! Ps the Calhoun block was legal but no doubt he tried to roll Hardy.
