Weird two weeks relative to tragedy on the rant.

Something bad happened to this young man he was accomplished, smart and from a professional family of means with everything in front of him.

I wonder if he lived down at those apartments along the riverfront. I can’t think of a reason otherwise why he’d be walking down there so late at night. Hopefully the medical examiner can determine what the cause of death was.
