How about pointing out that they were 110th in the country in pass defense last year- lost 2 of their 4 CB's, and 3 of their 4 DE's off the depth chart?
How about mentioning they lost 4 starters on the offensive line? And then you could add that 6 of the 10 guys on the depth chart for the OL are Freshmen and Soph's....

We had one of the SEC's top rushers and also were 2nd in the SEC in fewest sacks allowed. We have all 5 starters returning- which will indeed make us better.
