Wrong, you can't have your cake and eat it too.
Choose the school for the great AP program, that's your prerogative. But you will sit out a season from varsity sports for it. Congrats, you chose academics over athletics. That's good parenting.
Or, if your sole purpose in life is to shop your kid around to the best athletic program, pack your stuff up and move into the zone. That's allowed.

This is high school athletics. Amateur sports.
We have completely lost the plot when high school sports becomes "who can recruit the best players".

I’m sure we will be able to find a great, new coach and then fill the roster with All Americans once we start weaseling out of our contracts to coaches and players because we aren’t happy with the results.
Florida hired Billy Napier at the same time LSU hired Brian Kelly. BK went 34-14 while Napier went 22-23. Yet somehow Florida is paying Napier what they agreed to pay him without any circus show to try and get out of it.

This would be the best thing for LSU. There is a sitting AD out there right now just waiting for the phone call. He is the preferred choice of both Jay Johnson and Kim Mulkey. Rumor is he also has a "well respected" football coach ready to accept the job.

So you think some coach out there who is doing great at his current job is going to leave and come to LSU where they will fire you for going 34-14 and then go to court to try and not pay you what is in your contract?
Not to mention the entire operation from governor to president to board of supervisors to AD seem completely dysfunctional.

But LSU is not paying what they owe. You can't count money when LSU fires you for going 34-14 (that aint that bad of a record) and then they refuse to pay you what's in the contract.
