I only like the white pants with the Blue Jersey, it makes the white on the shoulders and number pop more. And in general just looks more clean IMO.
But I'm with you I prefer the grey with the Red or White jerseys all day.
And the only Time I'm ok with the Blue pant is White Jersey..
