He has 1st round draft pick potential size and skill set.
Future gym teacher effort on his play. He needs to go spend the summer with Moncrief and let him beat it into his head.

couldn't see that great on the last few plays from where i was sitting but swag looked like he just kinda threw the balls up and hoped someone came down with it..just off balance back foot good luck balls...but maybe that was because string ran a poor route and didn't go after the ball. the other main one i was referring to was a long toss to #85 (weber maybe) and i've never heard of that kid so who knows
also there's no surprise the team that lost had justin bell on it. breeland speaks made bell look like a bitch multiple times

I remember listening to Nutt speak at a function prior to 2011. He was really selling everyone on how big the OL was.
frick Houston Nutt.

I didn't see DJ Jones, but I think he and Breeland are going to battle it out for 2nd in snaps behind Robert among the DT's. He looked fantastic

Breeland and Derrick Jones are the most pleasant surprises for me so far
TnT would be if I didn't hold them in such high regard beforehand

So Kellenberger wrote a column advocating RB as our new QB. I'm open for discussion, but I just don't see it. I see him as a poor man's Bo Wallace to a degree. He can pick away at a defense with check downs, but his arm is limited. As well he is the least mobile of our QB's. Maybe someone has a better view, but I just don't see him being very impactful.

I'm kind of in the same boat. The thought of Kincaid accompanying either RB or CK in the Brunetti role gives me some comfort, but I just think CK gives you more down field.
It's a risk/reward thing, so the question is how many games more would CK (or RB) give you. As much as I want CK, there's probably not a huge difference in wins

Greg McElroy said OM fans refer to State as "the school down south."
I wonder if that shite sounds as dumb to State fans as it did to me.

I just caught the disjointed triple cast replay on the SECN. So it wasn't a full telecast but two negative things that stood out was poor Bell still looked basically lost and there were a bunch of dropped passes. On the bright side Judd & Wilkens looked good running the ball.

Even if there isn't a huge difference in wins the difference between 8 wins and 9 wins is quite substantial.
We aren't a Bama type program that can just throw out an average QB that is a game manager and still easily win 10 games.
We have to put out someone that can make the plays and take risks for high rewards. I don't think RB is that guy. And I without a doubt believe CK has no issues throwing the ball around.

So Greg McElroy just talks out of his arse.
Not one person has ever said that

Greg said before the game that we lost the Egg Bowl to State too.
The graphic said we were out scored 72-3 in our final two games too. I'm pretty sure that's bullshite.

If we don't have a mobile QB in the back field we will not like the out come of our season. Especially as the season goes on and the more fragile our O line becomes. Teams with a defensive pulse are going to get at least one guy through the line in no time. I'm really really stressed out about our O line and we still don't recruit the tackle position. WE should have had at least 3 more tackles in our last class. I don't care if they were 4 or 5 stars but, we could have gotten our hands on some high 3 star guys for the future (I love the Michael Howard idea I think when hes a red shirt sophmore he can really help). WE didnt let fricking TOBY WEATHERSBY come and visit!?!? Do not say that cock suckers name from Memphis that we were trying to "keep happy." If he didn't want to have any competition at his position he wasn't worth keeping anyway. For Freeze not to get the student section at the basketball game to yell that cocksuckers name from Memphis was also stupid. I think that it would have really helped keeping him, hes a fame hore! Who are we going to get this year that is going to help besides Allen? Even if we get him we need allot more help up front, and he hasn't even committed. The Laremy Tunsil fairy tail is over after this year. Who's going to fill in his shoes after this season another juco? I hope hes as good as Fahn Cooper....... That was a joke. On a serious note I wouldn't mind another Pierce Burton talk about a seriously underrated player Freeze got.
Sorry for rambling....
