Question based on numbers should we just have two teams and multiple draft selections?

Let's give it a couple more days and see if anyone else chooses to sign up. Say we have 14 or so invested posters as we do now. I figure we put two posters on each team (still grouping by region, if possible) and let them pick one poster. That would give 7 to 8 Grinders access to the BearRant.

2. Electoral College Style - We allocate pics based upon the size of each regional group i.e. Team Dirty Hollywood might garner 4 picks while Team Nkemdiche picks once.

But in the spirit of fairness I say we divide teams evenly drop the regional and rename. When this is done put the team names in a hat and randomly draw the draft order from there.

Only problem is what to do when two team members can't agree on a pick, we'll need a tie breaker/commish.

Check out the OP for updated teams.
We will wait until Sunday to make sure everyone has a chance to put their name in the hat. We will create more teams as needed. Each team will pick one Grinder to add to the board.
The draft will begin Monday. Draft order will be determined Sunday evening and posted early Monday morning.
How does that sound?

Fip has a good point. We won't create any more teams. We will add to the teams currently in the OP.
