They didn't tell those families the most erroneous infractions were from the previous administration. They stated most of the infractions PERIOD were from the previous administration which is a flat out lie.

Fixing recruits ACT scores (old staff), Giving $800 to Tunsil (New staff), assistants helping in cheating in 2010 (old), Car loans for Hampton and Tunsil (new), hype video (new), Harris helping booster who gave improper benefits (new), family lodging (new), failure to monitor car dealership (new), kiffin couch (new), kiffin illegal contact during visit to HS (new), kiffin assisting in Tunsil step father benefits (new), Saunders and Vauhn lying (old)

I'm not suggesting those things would have held up some of them wouldn't. The problem is after knowing all this and the NCAA on campus all this other stuff still occurs. It's like drinking six stiff drinks in front of a cop and then walking to your car and driving off. How messy can we be?
