About 12k more than I'm making now. I'd probably just commute from Memphis or Oxford though. It's a lengthy commute but shorter than the one I'm making now.

There are a lot of good places the problem is price. Most apartments are around 800-900/month and none have utilities or washer/drier included so really closer to 1000-1100 a month. After taxes I'm only making like 1375/month. Entry level fuggin blowwwwws.
I have to live with my sister and grandparents about 10 minutes outside of Raymond which is about 30 minutes from Jackson and another 30 minutes to castlewoods.
