NC State wins 1-0... CR threw 111 pitches... 80 were strikes... Gave up 2 hits... Struck out 10 and didnt walk anybody... William and Mary played a great game and their starter was lights out as well... Hopefully we can put together some good at bats and beat their arse tomorrow.

Their bullpen is in good shape... Their starter went 7+ today and the guy went 8 against us yesterday... Their Sunday starter isnt all that special... Koehler is his name... They brought in Sheehan today and he struck out 4 of the 5 batters he faced and didnt give up a hit... They'll probably go to him first out of the pen tomorrow.

KOEHLER,BRETT - ERA:4.44 - Record:6-5 - IP: 101.1 - Hits: 135 - ER: 50 -WALKS: 11 - 65Ks - 16 Doubles - 10 HR- BAA: .321

He's given up 10 HRs and the 135 hits in only 101 innings pitched looks good for us on paper... We are pretty mediocre offensively so we definitely need to get to him early... He's only walked 11 which sucks cause that means we will actually have to put the ball in play to get on base.

ETA: Of course Oregon lost to Rice today so Oregon has to win three straight games in order to win their Regional... If we win the Raleigh Regional and Rice doesnt get backdoored in the final out in Eugene we would be in line to host a Super... Whole lot of coulda woulda shouldas but hey, we're talking about OM baseball here.
