What type / price range you looking at?
If on budget Newk's is fine....if you are putting on the Ritz I would go with Bravo's or Amerigo's

Then I would go with Amerigo's. It's an Italian restaurant in Jackson proper and will deliver. They do a couple types of pasta/protein, salad, drinks and set up for that price range. Make sure you get their tiramisu (sp?)...that will earn you bonus points
