It was the biggest let down ever. This had so much potential, but they ruined it.

I'm so sick of the national media trying to re-sensationalize something that happened 50 years ago, and using Ole Miss as a symbol of racism. Yes it is still relevant today and is important to be discussed and taught to students and adults alike, but this documentary brought almost nothing new to the table. He repeated what everyone said before.

I hated how Thompson talked from his own perspective, as if he had some awesome insight. He wasn't even at the riots and he didn't go to Ole Miss. Also hated how he portrayed our ASB president. They made it seem as if she struggles to fit in. Seriously? She knows more people on this campus than anyone I can think of. She is loved by her sorority. It's sad that they are trying to make people feel sorry for her. She doesn't need that, she became who she is today by her own hard work, not because people felt sorry for her.

Also didn't like that he was calling out that old football player for not coming to the reunion.

Basically, this would've been awesome if they focused on the riots from the football teams perspective like the ads made it sound like to give a new way of looking at our history. Instead, they just cut and pasted old clips used in every other documentary on the subject, threw in a few clips of football players talking about it, then abruptly ended it when they could've talked about the progress made.

Left out the anti klan rally, the kid who said something to Kimberly nearly getting his arse kicked, Ben williams, Chucky Mullins and what he did for race relations, the presidential debate, and so many other things.

When all of that good is left out, but they'll focus time on a picture in the yearbook and shots of a really smug guy on his computer in the grove, it really makes you question the intentions of the producers of this film.

This is basically the most accurate description of the 30 for 30 that I've seen.

Me personally, I was very disappointed and not only that, my parents (who love ole miss but aren't "fans"... Basically love it just because I am here) called me and were like.... That really made y'all look really bad.... And I could not agree more

Oh and if I were that Buck guy I'd be furious

^^^^^^^^^ Kinda Like Barak Obama nvm I digress^^^^^^^^^^

I wish somehow we could make a response piece from the university and show it in the opposite light. That being very quick overlook of that time the devote the entire rest of that piece to showing how far we progressed and how amazing the university is!!!

Have the guys that do our football videos and the season make because they are amazing as well
