I'll tell you this.
Hugh better not get complacent since he is now confident in Shea's ability.
We need to use this to recruit lights out.
We also still need to improve our coaching staff and rid ourselves of the sun-bet level coaches, especially on defense.

And don't look now but that is the 2nd game in a row with 100 yard rushing RB. Even with a dismantled OL.

You're right, but hopefully we'll have them both for four healthy years *fingers crossed*
side note: next year will DK be a redshirt freshman or a sophomore? I'm not sure if he was able to get a medical redshirt or not

Sophomore. He should be able to apply for medical RS if he wants after year 4.

I agree Wommack might have a great "defensive mind" but if you can't teach fundamentals or translate your scheme to the players then you are a hinderance. The secondary calls are mind boggling! How do you get in goal line D, have their slot receiver unaccounted for and not call a fricking TO? I think there is too much over thinking and if they just play cover 1 or 0 we will be better off 80% of the time.

Half afraid the defensive effort in the second half of last nights game might save Wommack. The first half was awful but they adjusted well. Truth is, A&M wouldn't even score on a real defense with that new qb.
Great game though, we are going to hear Patterson to Aj Brown a lot over the next 2 years.

This was my fear. I hope Hugh realizes he will never win the natty with this sun belt level staff. Now is the time to really make Ole Miss a contender, bring in the best staff.
