Final S&P+ rankings

Ole Miss #5 in final rankings, #2 in weighted rankings (which basically only take final 8 games into account).

I've followed the S&P+ rankings for the last few seasons and found them to be very reliable. They predicted a lot of the big bowl blowouts. (E.g., they correctly reflected that Iowa is a mediocre team).
