Pretty sure the state outline wasn't going on there...just the floor.

The board wouldn't be that bad if the numbers weren't all over the place.

Why not make that a Jumbotron?

Or think about how much ad money you could make with that.

I gotcha. Outline was so thin I just never noticed it. Bet that changed when they decided on making a big state outline on the court.

But that board looks like hammered shite now.

Am I the only one that thinks the scoreboard looks like something they moved over from the Tad Pad?

The renovation obviously isn't all bad and is a step in the right direction. Some of the decisions though leave you scratching your head like why even do this. Like someone in a meeting thought that was a good idea lol

Completely agree. Don't get me wrong, everything is an upgrade, but it feels like the Ole Miss administration messed up in a variety of ways. We should have gone with the scoreboard Bud Walton Arena went with, we should have more branding within the pavilion so it can be TV visible, and I still don't understand who thinks the banner with the player numbers looks good.

If you're referring to the center hung video board...that's new.

Will be the largest center hung video board in an arena in the nation.

Looks like room behind the goals, to add more seats, when there is demand.

Yeah we discussed that earlier. Arkansas board looks like Jerry World board compared to ours lol

It's just a graphic they hung up there, it can be changed whenever. Still though, I was expecting better

The graphic is stupid. We have no basketball history. So stop trying to make it appear like we do. Slap a Jumbotron or a wood sign up there. But don't hang a sign that has numbers all over it for players 99% of the fanbase doesn't know.

I disagree with knocking out the center of the SEZ. That just cost us some prime endzone seating. Also, that wall board in the basketball arena looks like hot garbage. I know it's already been said but just casting my vote. I like Bjork but I do think that some of the decisions are a bit strange with facilities. I still would've liked to have seen the road go between the basketball arena and the stadium just for space.

Right. Also why move the student section close to the grove, and farther away from the players entrance. One neat thing over the past five or six years has been the rock that the students do with the players rocking. Gonna seem weird with the players all the way on the other side and the old pricks not rocking next to the players lol

Lol couldn't think of another word. Let's just say the more conservative crowd, not rocking lol

I guess I wouldn't fall in that category. I stand up basically all game and cheer the entire game. At the LSU game I got asked to sit down and I just swapped seats with someone.
