So I watched Brown's highlight tape and he looked good. Anyone have some insight?

Good frame (6'6 290), intelligence, and character. His dad, uncle, and both grandfathers played at OM.
Our staff believes he is the best 2017 o-lineman in the state. OM, Missouri, & Vanderbilt have already offered. Will likely be the only in-state o-lineman offered by OM. Plays OT in HS, but is projected to move to the interior in college.
Should be a contributor in the second half of his college career.

Agree, like him but plays way to high. You can get away with that in MAIS football because he is bigger/stronger than anyone on the field. Once he gets to the SEC he needs to add lots of strength, a violent hand strike and be able to sink his hips while maintaining his balance/agility.

Yeah, he is not an immediate impact guy by any means. He's a good character guy to have on the team and should contribute on the field as a RS-JR/RS-SR.

If we just got those 3 I would be ecstatic. That is a solid OL class after the one we just landed.

I would be shocked if we didn't get Brown with him being a legacy. If we can get 1 of Little or Smith I will be thrilled. Fighting off Texas for Little and Tennessee for Smith will be tough.
