Pennamon says he's rock solid but reading between the lines, he means he's not choosing Arkansas over OM, but may choose Alabama. He's visiting them in January.
For whichever state fan that argued whether or not Bama and OM leads for Simmons, another 247 writer says those two are on top. But I'm sure he's playing games like Leo just to get attention. I thought we were the home of the drama queens?

Here is a serious question: why would Simmons want to go to a team where he'd have no other DL support? I mean C Jones and AJ are both the most productive players on State's DL and likely gone after this year right? Where as Ole Miss will return Speak, Jones, Haynes, Gross etc...Granted we don't have a long line of LBs (but I have high hopes for Curtis) but I'd imagine our front 7 will still be rather formidable for the next several years....just a thought.
