I don't know what to think about that. On the one hand, it's crazy his academic performance is so bad that they wouldn't put him up for an award. But on the other, their criteria says "passing and attending" class. Maybe he's passing and just not attending. I never really went to class in undergrad unless the teacher had a specific attendance policy.

That's putting the issue in it's best light though.

You know what gives me the lulz? We've beaten Alabama twice since anyone else in the SEC has beat them. Why is it so difficult for everyone else?

I've never thought of it like that, that's hilarious, considering our history against Bama.

I don't think anybody has said Nkemdiche doesn't meet the minimum requirements of this award, is failing, or doesn't go to class. Hell, it may all be true. Certainly there are plenty who wish it was. However, this all amounts to a bunch of people taking a statement and running with it in a direction where there is nothing but a bunch of message board blah, blah.

This particular award has subjective criteria, and due to student-athlete privacy concerns, I am not able to share the specifics of the decision-making process. In addition, I am not allowed to discuss a student-athlete's eligibility, but I can confirm Robert is not at risk."

Lol this is ridiculous. This kid went to a top notch public HS. He isn't studying Aerospace Engineering, like Dobbs, either. At any rate, he has tutoring right on hand. And isn't his dad a doctor or lawyer?

So dumb.

Just like the Tunsil academic speculation. The kid had a 3.0+ average going into his senior year and thought about graduating early, but we had to go in and change his transcripts to get him academically eligible. There has to be a number of times a conspiracy theorist is wrong before he gives up on his conspiracies, but what is the number for an elite dawg?

I had already read that article. Did it say he is "failing" and "not going to class?" No.

All he did was run around. Nothing strenuous.

We need to save him for LSU. Maybe play some against Arky to get the rust off, but no reason to waste him.

We may need him against Arkansas, too. I know they were fun to LOL about earlier this year but they gave Bama a game.

As was mentioned earlier about Neal and the podcast...

me getting frustrated with them is what made me move to 247, I don't regret it

Neal loves nothing more than screaming from the rooftops, "I DID NOT GO TO OLE MISS."

Lord Wright provides lulz though.

Chase is my favorite. Neal is good, but he gets annoying in large loads. But the show is boring when one of the three are gone. Wright is hilarious but gets annoying when he interrupts everybody all podcast.

From looking at what I can for free, Neal seems to post a lot on the boards.

Their info seems to be better than 247. The 247 posters are annoying as well from what I can see.
