I love mine. The ice maker at work sucks so I just put ice in it in the morning and fill it up occasionally and when I get home I still have a full cup.

Mine is running slow tonight too.
I bet the Michigan staff is telling him to act like he is still committed to us so they won't run the risk of Freeze talking him back to us.
If we get him great but I am preparing for a flip.
