Idk. I liked Lane's size. His film was impressive as well. Still not sold that he's long gone either.

It's March.

Yeah I was just kidding. Lane's size was so perfect for what we want. We need to get him back.

@rivalsmike: #OleMiss is getting a good one in CB Ugo Amadi, kid is as quick as any d-back I've seen in this class and plays bigger than size. #Rebels

He'll flip if ANYONE else gives him attention. We better hope he breaks an ankle or something.

Josh McMillan basically said we'd need to win or play for a Natty to be in the game at this point :(

I don't think we've ever had this much talent at CB.

Anybody correct me on that? I know Vaughn and Marshay were good, but not this talented.

I think that should be the case. I hope we can definitively say that next season.

I dare someone to come up with a secondary that has more potential than this one. We've had maybe one or two really good players back there at a time from year to year, but I don't recall ever having as much talent top to bottom in the secondary at one time. The situation at safety spots is ridiculous.

Prewitt (AA; All SEC)
Hampton (Big time prospect)
Alford (according to coaches, one of the better athletes on the team)
Elston (Somewhat of an under achiever thus far, but he's got time to blossom; UA AA)
Chief (moving to husky, but still played solid at times over the top)

Opposing players' heads are gonna roll this year.

If it were up to me, our D would look like this:

CJ WE
Bob DT
Gross DT
Brown SE

Chief/TC Husky
Dettarian LOL MLB
Bird Rover

DJ CB
Gholson FCB

Prewitt SS
Alford FS

Git sum
