Joshua McMillion is saying we have a great shot with him after his last interview saying that we need to win first. I would say that this is our future MLB but I think our staff likes him at DE.

We offered Brandon Kennedy top center in the country. Anyone know anything more about his recruitment?

Looks like the instate schools are not interested, which is why I think we offered him. After the Golson situation and how much resources we wasted on Rashaan last year, we are generally staying away from instate kids that bama and AU want. Looking at his offers, I'd guess that UT is our biggest competition. For years I've always wanted us to land an elite center and this is the year that I could care less. We signed a SEC caliber one in Rawlings this past year an have an elite one committed to us in the 2016 class. Of course he could also play guard along with the other centers mentioned but we are recruiting guards so well that like I said, Im not that interested in landing this kid. I obviously wouldnt be opposed of course

Neal feels that UT leads for Richmond. He is the most important recruit in this class. We have got to land an elite OT

Bagmen need to step it up in Memphis.

Four-star or greater Memphis-area players we've offered since 2012, per 247
2012
Jovon Robinson - Auburn RB, twice
Sheldon Dawson - Georgia CB
Brian Kimbrow - Vanderbilt RB
Will Redmond - Mississippi State CB
2013
Frank Herron - LSU DE
Jason Carr - Tennessee DE
Mark Dodson - Ole Miss RB
Jordan Wilkins - Ole Miss RB
Christian Morris - Ole Miss OL (in a roundabout way)
2014
Charles Mosley - Tennessee DT

Can't blame the 2012 kids.

And we did well in 2013.

We're getting better.

Wasn't Walton from the Memphis area?

Brian Kimbrow - Vanderbilt RB - no loss here
Will Redmond - Mississippi State CB - overrated and we were outbid

2013
Frank Herron - LSU DE - had him until the night before NSD, tough loss, but fought the battle
Jason Carr - Tennessee DE - LOL, thank God we didn't sign him.
Mark Dodson - Ole Miss RB
Jordan Wilkins - Ole Miss RB
Christian Morris - Ole Miss OL (in a roundabout way)
2014

Sorry, didn't notice the "four star or higher" tag.

Also, Kimbrow is good, but we got plenty of other RBs to fill that need so no loss.

Plus if he had come here then we wouldn't have gotten to see Channing Ward lay him the frick out on that kickoff return last year.

This was obviously a free market situation. Someone should have noted to him unlimited Tahoe usage came with the hookers and Blow. Instead he opted for the shitty used mustang. Shame.
