Ehh, I'd be surprised if we landed Benito Jones. Guess it will depend on how Bama does in their DL recruitment.

Does anyone else think of Friday Night Lights when you think of Justin Conner? North Panola...shitty team, shitty field, superstar, while South Panola gets all the love. Every time I think Justin Conner, I think of the last season of Friday Night Lights...I can't be the only one.

Something we should also agree on is that Mullen is building a strong program the right way and I feel like Freeze and other coaches see that and are adjusting their strategy accordingly. All the fun we've poked at Merlin over the years and he's winning bowl games every single year... Respek.

Notre dame and Tennessee offered yesterday. He hopefully can be the elite qb we need.

My brother is a HS powerlifting coach and saw Benito Jones at the 5A state meet and said he was decked out in Bama gear. TIFWIW

Bert, Vandy, Mizzou, better be worried too. We are improving recruiting and will out recruit those as well as UK. OM will be near us due to the SEC being so top heavy with Bama, Aub, Fla, LSU, UGA, and A&M recruiting wise.
Just imagine if there as only ONE major university in Mississippi like there is in Louisiana and Arkansas.
