Obviously y'all haven't named a starter yet, but do you think it's almost an unspoken given that Kelly will be the starter in Freeze's/OM fans' mind baring a breakout spring from Fratchanan or Switchblade.

Like as of right now, do you think Freeze and fans all believe Kelly will be the starter and it's his position to lose. I'm more talking about the mindset going into Spring more than the actual competition.

It's hard to say. Right now, you have to see Swag as the clear-cut favorite from the outside. Neither rFr. played very well and the plan was to take one high school quarterback. Then we offered Swag right before JuCo NSD. We probably wouldn't do that if we thought RB or DK was going to win the job pretty easily.
