frick you. Trying to keep this places moral high in a time of ultimate recruiting failure with memories of when we didn't suck at recruiting.

Not sure it's worth mentioning but Yancy has said that our staff is concerned with the imbalance of linemen per class and would like to correct it with red shirts. I've heard something similar.

Offensively, I have no idea who you would RS. Golson seems to be the only possibility, but I cant see that happening with our lack of depth on the OL. Still has yet to be RS but you have to have two centers on your roster to take snaps and he more than likely is going to be one of the two.

Defensively it makes more sense. After 2015, we stand to lose CJ, Gross, RN, Channing, Woody and Pettway if we landed him from our DL, so a RS for Channing and or Issac may be coming.

If Saban were to walk, are we on anyone else, other than Hampton, that would give us a second look?

Everyone we are number 2 to bama for which is Pettway, Reed, Bo. We might lose Jamal Adams to Texas if Saban goes there though. It wil be bigger in future years

Maybe Cam Sims.

How can we possibly redshirt Gross when he is far and away our best DT?

I think that is why we really really wanted Reed. He hasnt made it through either season without getting injured and the source of his injuries is his lack of size. He would be much better in year 5 for us than year 3 and we will need him more in year 5 because in year 3 we have 3 senior DT's if Bennett if moved back, which I think he would be if we RS Issac. Year three also has RN on the team wheras year 5 will not. Im not saying its likely, just a possibility. Certainly has been discussed.

Casher would be a big get but I think if Saban left, he would just go back to AU.

I want Bo and CJ. Reed and Pettway would just be icing on the cake.

Paul Jones sure put himself on the chopping block with some of his 2015 predictions.

He has...

Dear-State or Bama
Lewis- state
Peters- state
Patterson- state or AU
Jones- out of state

This is states most objective recruiting analyst?

Did he give any comments as to why he made those particular predictions?

I dont have access to their board but someone took a pic of just that information plus a few other names that we arent recruiting. Couldnt see any comments.
What is funny is OM isnt an option for any of the players. I agree that it will be a battle for Dear, but OM is certainly in the battle. I agree that Peters will be a battle to the end, but I cant even see State being in it with him. He predicts him to State simply because he said that he feels State needs him the most. I think Patterson pulls the trigger for us soon but it we will battle AU the entire time. I once again do not see State in the picture. He picks him to State simply because of Jesse Jackson. And the most obvious OM lean in the class other than Spivey is Dontae Jones, but instead of listing any school at all, since state has no shot, he simply puts "going out of state".

If you just saw the pic and no comments, how can you determine his reasoning for the predictions?

Its an educated opinion based on the lack of accuracy in those predictions and what those players have said about MSU.

Three players on that list have named us their leader within the past year and we arent considered a shot with any of them according to Paul. There is your lack of accuracy.

I've read what each player has said about each school and that's where my educated opinion comes from.
