I don't know if you lurked before you joined but State fans (I believe it was Coonass (go figure) or Bundy ) kept going on and on about how Mullen had a "Wildcard" that he could pull to get Recruits to come to State. They would never say what it was but they had one.
Of course it never happened so it became a running joke like all things State do.
