Important info for those new to recruiting

If you haven't followed recruiting, know this:

- Bama cheats, no one wants to play for NC's or Saban

- No sane person would attend State unless they are paid, no one really grows up a State fan.

- All State recruits secretly want to visit OM but are held in a torture tank at the Ramada to prevent it.

- If you commit to LSU or Bama they raise you to a 5 star with no justification, they have been winning NC's with 2 and 3 stars just to be clear. Oh, and Miles is a complete idiot and Saban pulls your fingernails off if you miss a block.

- Even though we have had way more losing seasons than winning in the past 3-4 decades, one 6-6 or losing season at GA, AU or UT will drive all their recruits to us no matter our record at the time.

- If at any time you see a post questioning one of our recruit's time, size, star rating, shoe size, haircut choice ... it is a disguised State fan, immediately respond "Butt sniffer go home" or this year "41-24 doggie"

- If a recruit chooses another school instead of us it was because: 1)we let him go because of his grades, 2) we backed off due to some funny stuff $$$, 3) we had a better option at that position

Once you understand these OM Spirit rules you will be able to respond authoritatively and accurately to almost any neutral or negative news concerning recruiting. Good luck and Happy posting!
