No words can describe this team’s clutchness. Patty has a way to keep them motivated no matter what. Amazing team and coach

Well that sucked losing especially to them.

We play Ducks Sun at 6pm loser goes home. Must win 3 games in 2 days ti stay alive.

Still having a great season, as young as they are.

We took care of Ducks. Now must beat TT twice vs Canady to make title games.

I don't pay super close attention to this program, but I do watch as much as I can. My eyes are telling me 1. We have to understand this is a young team. 2. We have one stud pitcher and need another.

Just my opinion, right or wrong, but the loss of Jordy Bahl still stings a little. Imagine this team with her still on the roster. You could say "but we won it all last year without her" and be right, but she should still be here. Being homesick for NB is the reason she left and that wasn't a good enough reason in my book. She didn't go as far with them this year as OU went without her, and we'd still be alive with her on the roster, imo. Lose-Lose situation. I bet she regrets that decision. Again, maybe I'm full of it. Just my take on things from a distance.

Jordy does not regret leaving and I have no bones with it. She really wanted to help grow softball in Nebraska and needed to play there to do more. She wanted to be close family. We should be lucky we had here as long as we did.

Sam is gone, out of eligibility. She did great this year. We will need to pick up a pitcher in portal.

And look at the national rankings of our new class, my goodness its stacked. Not every top recruit pans out but our odds are increased because of so many

Not to mention we got former LSU ace Sydney Berzon and rumor has it that they are picking up Ole Miss Freshman All-American Miali Guachino in the next day or two. Put them with Kirsten Deal, and Audrey Lowry and the new incoming class and next year is going to be a lot of fun.
