Our early season IS win makes us look better. Bison were undefeated ranked #1 and were a 23.5 pt favorite.

Yep. Hosting for sure. Could be ND, Miami or Bama depending on how the committee wind blows.

This is Andy Staples list. Although I think Miami should get in over ND, I’d take it. I also think its wrong to punish Bama for playing in CCG, as that might end them. And then another tradition is gone forever as conferences will eliminate them. We’ll see once the list comes out today. But this bracket is very favorable to OU and we could make a run for 8.

Idk man. They make them too much money. And we know that's all they care about.

Yeah, agreed. Even with the uncertainty of the first opponent, what certain is we'll be on the Tech/Indiana side of the bracket. Obviously tough either way, but that's better than the Georgia/Ohio St side.

I would think Oklahoma would handle Ohio State the way Indiana did.

Who else is remembering that year the Orange Bowl brought us in for a re-match with Nebraska? Cornhusker Nation was not happy lol. That re-match worked out well for us, iirc.

Does anyone have interest in the next CFP rounds?

Back when it was only bowl games, the fan-guessing-game at what scores by which team win would generate the most "final AP poll" votes was a great conversation topic.

With this weirdly numbered 12-team bracket, (why not 8 or 16?) and with the "committee" starting out by breaking its own rules, i.e. "no rematches", I am indifferent after OUr rematch round. Rematches negate a reason for the CFP to exist.

The only sports news I care about now are OUr NIL/portal acquisitions/divestitures; and OUr H.S. 'croots.

Glad to see Hoosiers grab that win. At least they have good team colors.

Watching the cocaines thugs go down ugly on that glaring pick nourishes my 40 year grudge haha lol. Nice.
